SST Process & Referral

The purpose of Student Study Team (SST) is to identify and intervene early in order to design a support system for students having difficulty in the general education classroom with a positive, team oriented approach. Students on SST are not students with disabilities since they already have an IEP and case manager in place to assist them.

Before submitting an SST Referral Form, please review the SST Process and Procedure linked here.

After reviewing the process, you may submit a referral for a student who is not responding to traditional, in-class interventions using the form below.
