Remember: Formative assessments for learning should be frequent enough to assess student understanding and then make adjustments to instruction. They can be as simple as exit slips or 2 question CFAs.
To achieve this, each PLC must create an agenda of their choice that focuses on the four questions of a PLC:
Your agenda can be formatted however you wish. In your files, there is a copy of a template that you can use, refine, or not use at all.
