Fundraising Protocols for Clubs:
All Clubs must have an approved club charter on file for the current school year.
Clubs must fill out a Fundraising Application.
**In order to be reimbursed for any items purchased for the fundraiser a Prior Approval Must be filled out and approved by the ASB the THURSDAY BEFORE the event occurs by 2:30 pm. Failure to do so may result in non-reimbursement.
A Check Request must be filled out and have a final receipt attached for reimbursement.
All Athletics sports must have an approved Athletic charter on file for the current school year.
