Adding your class Join Code to your account will AUTOMATICALLY add the exam to your account

$102 per exam (A 3.9% online payment fee will be added to the exam fees)
PENALTY/LATE FEE $40 per exam
CANCELLATION FEE: Any exams canceled after the order is placed on 11.04.26, will have a $40 cancellation penalty fee by the College Board

You can start paying for your exams starting September 14, 2026.
If you do not wish to use the online payment option, you may select the mail in payment option for no additional fees. Address will be included in the invoice

Students who have NOT enrolled in AP CLASSROOM on College Board will not be able to pay for exams If you need to enroll in AP Classroom and do not have the course code, please ask your AP teacher, come to the office, or email: sarah.sanchez@sweetwaterschools.org
Students who have submitted exam fees and who have decided to not take the exam, are eligible for a full refund of the base exam fees (minus a $2 administrative processing fee) if cancellation is submitted before 11:59pm PST on November 4, 2026. Submit a cancellation request by emailing the APTS Cancellation Desk at cancel@aptsusa.com

Include in the email the name of the school of attendance
Include in the email the title of the exam to cancel
Note: Debit and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
Students who submit a cancellation request after November 4, 2026 and before 11:59pm PST on March 3, 2027 will receive a partial refund of the exam fees (minus a $2 administrative processing fee and minus a $40 College Board cancellation penalty fee.) Any late fees that were submitted will be forfeited.
Partial refunds will be issued as follows based on payment schedule:
Standard Price: $102 – A refund of $60 will be issued
Free-Reduced Lunch Price: $12 – student will forfeit the fees
