REQUIREMENTS: 

1- Must live within Bonita Vista Middle School boundaries:  

• See School Site Locator for your designated school.

• If you are NOT zoned to BVM, please follow transfer steps here.

Intra-District transfer window (residing within SUHSD boundaries) 1/26/2026-2/27/2026

Inter-District transfer date (residing outside of SUHSD boundaries) 3/1/2026-TBD

2-  Download Household form and Affidavit  forms. Complete all sections on both sides of the form and turn in to the front office at Bonita Vista Middle School.

3- Please be sure to provide the following:

• OLR Household Form 2026-2027

• Residency Affidavit 2026-2027

• Proof of Residency

• Immunization Records (and any other health inquiries)

• Parent picture ID

• IEP (if applicable)

• 504 Plan (if applicable)

• Official Transcript (New 8th Graders ONLY)

4- Complete Online Registration Application (OLR 2026-2027)

• Once all the forms above have been processed by the Registrar, you will receive a Welcome Letter Email with your Activation Key for Campus Parent Portal.

  • If you have a Campus Parent Portal account from previous years, sign in with your same username and password.

5- Select Courses (course request unavailable until March 1st, 2026)
