Please be sure you have this signed by a parent/guardian if you are requesting accommodations through the school (if you already have an IEP or 504).
Email sent to all students with a 504 or IEP on 11/13/25:
Hello,
I am emailing you as you currently have a 504 Plan or IEP at our campus, qualifying you for possible accommodations on an upcoming AP exam. In order to submit a request for accommodations on your behalf, I will first need your family's consent on an important form.
I am attaching the form to this email, or please stop by my office to pick up the form (I will have some printed copies) as soon as possible.
As soon as I receive your form, I can put in a request with College Board before the deadline in January. College Board will make all final decisions regarding accommodations.
If you later want to forego (not use) your accommodations on an AP Exam, I will need a letter in writing no later than 48 hours before your scheduled exam.Â
Thank you in advance!
Warmly,
Ms. Ola Hadi
