Network Exchange #3
The goal of a network exchange is to get ideas and give ideas about a common problem of practice. The problem of practice for Network Exchange #3 is How do I communicate a vision and mission for a project? Come prepared to share your elevator pitch for your project using a tool that you created for communication. You can see an example here that is being used to communicate the vision for the 24-25 professional learning plan. You will be seated in groups of 4. Each group member will have 5 minutes to give their pitch and 5 minutes to get feedback. Food will be served during the event.
Network Exchange #1
The goal of a network exchange is to get ideas and give ideas about a common problem of practice. The problem of practice for Network Exchange #1 is How do we measure the efficacy of the programs that we implement? Come prepared to share the way you intend to measure the impact of your yearlong program. Use the template provided to prepare your digital documents for consideration. You can see an example here. You will be using a tuning protocol to share and give feedback to others. You will be seated in groups of 4. Each group member will have 15 minutes work through the tuning protocol.

The goal of a network exchange is to get ideas and give ideas about a common problem of practice. The problem of practice for Network Exchange #2 is How do I identify problems of practice and adjust plans to address those problems? Come prepared to share the way you solicited input on your project and the actionable data you received. Use the template provided to prepare your digital documents for consideration. An example is coming soon. You will be using a Save the Last Word protocol to share and give feedback to others. You will be seated in groups of 3-4. Each group member will have 15 minutes.
