We, the Remote Academy students of Miss Moley’s class, want to learn new things every day because we are future world changers! Our class promises to be patient with one another as we navigate this whole new way of learning. We will solve our problems using teamwork, being creative, and having a growth mindset. The friends and memories that we make this year will last a lifetime.

Goals and Expectations for Remote Learning Days
Goals and Expectations for Remote Learning Days
Students will experience meaningful and engaging interactions with the teachers and peers each day.
In Schoology, teachers will apply common protocols and practices for organizing content, using calendars, creating, submitting and grading of assignment or providing feedback.
Screencast and/or very clear written directions are provided for each task or project assigned asynchronously leading to specific learning outcomes.
The plan for the day and assignments will be made available in Schoology at least 10 minutes before the schedule start of the school day
Note: Prior to the start of school, teachers will receiving professional development to build their capacity for blended learning and remote instruction enhancing the experience for students.
Teachers will monitor and respond to students’ needs within a reasonable time frame
A learning coach will provide support at home to ensure each student success.
