Grow Together Fundraising Event

This month we partnered with Savannah Board and Brush to host an awesome fundraising event. Thank you to all those who came out to support us. Check out some of the beautiful projects that were made!

SWE Workshop

SCE SWE partnered with Yvette Upton in February to host a "50 Ways to Fight Bias" Workshop. The workshop provided a safe and productive environment to share different bias we have all faced and how we can take better action when we face bias in the future.

SWE will also be partnering with Yvette to start a SWE Lean in Circle group. Lean in Circles are small groups that come together regularly for peer-to-peer mentorship to give and get support, and build new skills together. We will host our first SWE Lean in Circle at our next SWE Member Meeting on Thursday May 9th at 6:30pm. Further details will be announced the next newsletter.
