Student Support Navigator (SSN) Program
Serving three rural school divisions across Southwest Alberta, the SSN program works in close partnership with school teams to promote student wellbeing. Our mission is to support school staff, empower families, and build capacity throughout the region.
We offer goal-oriented case management to support parents and enhance overall family wellbeing. We provide:
Connections to local community resources
Support with applications and paperwork
Advocacy to ensure families' voices are heard

Please read through the program information document and submit the referral form electronically to Elizabeth Noad (elizabeth@swcss.ca). The referral form is fillable if downloaded. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and an estimated timeline for an intake meeting.
