This is a place that was made especially for YOU. It is a place where you can come whenever you need to take a break and get your mind and body regulated or back to CALM. Once you do this you will be ready to be your best learning SELF. 

Remember you are in control of your thoughts and emotions. You have the power to get rid of negative thoughts and to control your emotions, actions and reactions.

Zones of Regulation

Zones of Regulation is a program developed to help you gain the skills to self regulate which also mean to self manage. By learning and using ZONES you will gain greater self awareness and become more comfortable using the language to communicate your feelings and needs.

If you are experiencing BIG emotions and need someone to talk to...Remember you can visit with your School Social Worker to find support. 

What tools did you try? 

Remember to use your tools or coping strategies. Try taking some deep breaths, walking the square, getting a drink of water, asking for a hug, running it off at recess, talking to someone.  

You are a unique person...there is no one else on earth like you. Therefore what works for someone else may not work for you. Find what works for YOU!
