Amy received her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Miami University and her Master of Science in School Counseling from The University of the Southwest. She has been teaching for 28 years with experience teaching all grades k-12. She has also directed musicals at various community theatres, including Annie, Titanic, Godspell, Carousel, and A Chorus Line. She has led church choirs in Connersville, Indiana, and Grove City, OH. She feels blessed to be able to add show choir director at Jackson Middle School to her career as a public music teacher.

Joe Cashetta
Joe Cashetta is a dedicated and enthusiastic student choreographer who is thrilled to take on the exciting challenge of choreographing his first full-show choir production. His journey in dance began with Spark of Class in 2017, where he first fell in love with the art of choreography. From 2020 to 2022, Joe served as the lead dance captain for Grove City High School’s Touch of Class, where he played a crucial role in shaping the group’s performances and fostering a collaborative spirit among the dancers.
Currently, Joe is balancing his time as a Communications student at The Ohio State University with his commitment to his show choir group. Despite his busy schedule, he dedicates significant time and effort to ensure that the group’s performance is outstanding. Joe is deeply invested in creating a memorable experience for the members of Spark of Class and is excited to see how this year unfolds for the team.
