Who can take this class?

-10th, 11th, or 12th grader

-Second level cooking class

-Principles of Food must be completed to take this class

Students will...

-Expand their knowledge of cooking techniques and cooking styles

-Focus on baking and the science of cooking.

-Explore foods used in all cultures as well as the more artistic side of cooking

-Learn cake decorating and garnishing techniques

-Work in a lab situation to practice cooking weekly

1 semester class = 0.5 credit
