Bolt Crossing Carnival (9/19/25)
31 of our cadets went over to Bolt Crossing to help at the carnival.
Leadership Academy (6/22/25-6/27/25)
We sent 4 of our cadets to camp Atterbury for Leadership Academy. Our 4 cadets got split into 3 different companies. Our 4 cadets were our 2 Cadet Senior Chiefs, Kiree Smith and Duane Davidson. Our supply officer, Cadet Lieutenant Hallie Hardy. As well as our PAO Lieutenant Junior Grade Shyann Polizzi. Good job to our cadets for spending a week of their summer learning how to lead in our unit. Returning to our school as true leaders.
10/11 Ally Park Orienteering
7 of our cadets on our Orienteering Team led by c/PO3 Brayden Thomas went to do some weekend Orienteering. Although it wasn't an official competition, our cadets ran it like it was for good practice.
9/11 Remembrance Stair Walk (9/11/15)
All of our 9 NJROTC periods did a stair walk today for those in service of the New York fire, and police department who passed away in the rush to help those during 9/11. Most people run away from danger but those first responders rushed in. Thank you to all of those who took it among themselves to join and walk with us remembering those who passed.
Arts in the Alley Parade (9/21/2024)

Parkersburg Drill Meet (11/16/24)
Our Drill Teams Squads and Color Guard went to Parkersburg, West Virginia for a Drill Meet. We didn't have Platoons for this Meet since we didn't have enough of a team for Platoons. But, we did take our Squads and Color Guard. Our Team got 1st Place for Unarmed Squad, Commanded by c/PO3 Kiree Smith, as well as 2nd Place for Armed Squad, Commanded by c/PO2 Duane Davidson Jr. We also had 3 Cadets get Awards for Knockout, Cadet Moore got 7th place for Armed Knockout, Cadet Hardy got 4th place for Armed Knockout, and Cadet Albery got 1st for Unarmed Knockout.
Bolton Crossing Carnival (9/20/24)
Bolton Crossing Elemetary asked for a handfull of Cadets to come help with their Carnival and we sent over almost 50 who helped!!
Annual Military Inspection (10/15/24)
Our NJROTC had AMI and did Amazing! A decent amount of our Cadets getting Exemplary Personal Appearence, as well as c/SCPO Rubi Gonzales - Valdovinos being promoted to the CCHS NJROTC Unit Senior Chief!
VFW Flag Presentation (11/12/24)
Our Commanding Officer and Jr. Assistant PAO went to our local VFW Post to present to them a flag. We gave them this flag to show our gratitude for all of their continued love and support for our Unit.
Area 14 Orienteering (12/7/24)
Our Orienteering team went out in the woods to our big Orienteering Meet. We had one Cadet win a Medal. c/smn, Brayden Thomas
OSU clean up (9/1/2024)
Our cadets went to the OSU football stadium to help out OSU ROTC and did an amazing job cleaning it!
Highland Drill Meet (10/5/24)
Our Drill Team went up north to Highland Highschool in Marengo OH and did VERY well! Here was our Placements;

Ally Park Orienteering Trip (10/26/24)
Our Orienteering Team, lead by Team Commander c/PO1 Evan Jewett, went to their first Orienteering Trip. Only 2 Cadets didn't finish. We had a very small Team for this one.
Capital University Color Guard (12/6/24)
One of our many Color Guards went to Capital University to Parade the Colors for their Military Ball, as well as retire the Colors in the end.

CCHS NJROTC Award Ceremony/Staff turnover (5/19/25)
We took time to acknowledge all of the effort our cadets have put into this school year, and also passed on the new staff positions that will lead us into the 25-26 school year. Amazing job, cadets, and congratulations to our new staff!

10/16/22 American Legion Post
Cadets will be serving anyone who bought a ticket for this event, spaghetti, bread, desserts, and drinks. The money raised from this event will go towards purchasing "Wreaths Across America" wreaths that we will place on veteran graves during the holiday season. If you bought a ticket, please come out and enjoy the food. If you signed up to help, also come out and help us serve our guests from 12 pm to 4 pm.
Grove City, Ohio
A select few of our cadets participated in a flag retierement ceremony at Elk's Lodge. These cadets represented our unit excellently. This event warranted our cadets a wonderful meal provided by Elk's Lodge.
AMVETS Color Guard (10/19/24)

Veterans Day Ceremony (11/11/24)
Our loving Cadets of Central Crossings NJROTC Unit had a Ceremony for our Veterans. Not only from the school faculty, but also from our families.
Mid-Ohio Drill Meet (1/25/25)
Our Competition Color Guard and a couple of other Cadets went to Grove City High School for the Mid-Ohio Drill Meet. We didn't win a Trophy, but did really good in Color Guard and Knock-Out!

Cadets completed their 2023 Annual Military Inspection for Area 14. The inspectors were very impressed with our unit and we gained helpful information on how to improve for next year.

This will be our big event of the year to celebrate the achievements of cadets, say farewell to our senior cadets, and welcome new leadership.

Our sophomore cadets traveled to Dayton to explore the history of their Air Force museum.

During this event, our cadets showed their families and friends their personal appearances and achievements through the first semester of our school year.

Cadets will be traveling to South Carolina to explore the USS Yorktown and build leadership with each other.
4/15/23, Central Crossing High School
Our unit hosted the Area 3 athletic meet with 14 schools participating in over 20 different athletic events. A few of the highlighting events were a short orienteering course, sprints, and a laser tag tournament.
5/26/23, Grove City
Our newly formed NJROTC band and our color guard will be marching and performing through Grove City. Come see them to show your support for our amazing cadets.
9/25/22 Ohio State Stadium
Cadets will see the NJROTC calendar for specific information on the stadium cleanup.
11/3/22 Motts Military Museum
Cadets got to see military exhibits dating from the Revolutionary War all the way to Desert Storm. They enjoyed the break from school and getting immersed in American history.

Cadets took a bus ride to Philadelphia to see the Flight 93 9/11 memorial, Liberty bell, USS New Jersey, and much more!
Senior Cadets held an Honorary celebration of our Unit's Seniors and Future Military Servers.

Our cadets had lots of fun learning about the air force, examining air crafts, and playing on high tech simulators.
