INFORMATION


SATURDAY

9:00 am - Juniors (U19) and U13’s Groups.

11:00am - U13 and Cadet knockout rounds (+ plate).

13:00pm - Cadets + Under 11’s and U21’s Groups.

15:00pm - Cadets, U11’s, + U21’s knockout rounds (+ plate).

SUNDAY

9:00 am - Men’s and Women’s Singles Groups.

11:00am - M's and W's Singles Knockout rounds (+ plate).

13:00pm - Vets Groups.

15:00pm - Vets Knock out rounds (+ plate).

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

1. Entry Form – All entries must be sent to the tournament referee by the closing date.


2. Entries - Entry forms shall be submitted with full payment of fees. However, the referee may accept entries without payment at his discretion, they will also be regarded as ‘last received’ under the ‘last in – first out’ rule when entries have to be discarded due to over subscription.


3. Playing Conditions – Play throughout will be on Butterfly Europe 25 tables and nets and TIBHAR 40+ SYN SL 3* (white) balls. Individual court size 9m x 5m minimum enclosed by surrounds. Scoring machines will be used for all matches.


4. Refreshments – Are available in the centre.


5. Accommodation – Is available in the local area.


6. Changing – Facilities are available inside the centre.


7. Entries – If it is necessary to restrict entries this will be done on last received, first out basis. These events are often oversubscribed, so enter early to avoid disappointment.


8. Practice – There are no separate practice facilities.


9. Admission – Free to competitors, however, participating in any event will have a small fee.


10. Doping – Doping control tests may take place.


11. Notifications – Entrants will be notified of the time of their first match by e-mail. A Surcharge of £2 will be applied to entries received with no e-mail address to cover cost of postage.


12. P.A. System – All matches will be announced on the P.A. system. Players must not leave the centre without permission of the Referee. Repeat calls for a player will be limited to three per day.


13. Entry Entry fee refunds will only be issued at the discretion of the referee and Swansea University Table tennis club. Claims to have any entry fees refunded must be received within seven days of the conclusion of the event.


14. Parking Car Parking is available at the venue at a charged rate.


15. Results Winner and runners up of both main and plate events will receive a trophy/medal.
