We stand behind our work and are proud to offer the longest warranties in the market. In the rare case of a paint failure, we'll be there to fix it.
What’s Covered Under Warranty:
Peeling, blistering, or chipping paint caused by improper application
Split caulking
Labor for qualifying repairs
Transferable: Selling your house? The next homeowner is covered too
What’s NOT Covered:
Water damage, mold, or rot (paint can’t stop leaks and isn't immune to overflowing gutters)
Horizontal surfaces facing upwards: floors, tops of hand railings, etc.
Fading Paint (which is too dependent on the paint color and sun exposure)
Human accidents: pressure washing gone wrong, dog scratches, kid artwork, etc.
Environmental damage: storms, acts of God, earthquakes, elephant stampedes, etc.
Stained siding, metal siding, and vinyl siding/shutters
The Warranty is Voided if:
The project is not paid in full
The paint is not provided by SwanPro Paint
The whole project is not performed by SwanPro Paint (e.g., if the homeowner does some of the prep themselves)
What’s the Catch?
It’s simple: hold on to the paint. When we paint your house, we'll leave you with some extra paint as we finish. It’s yours to use as you need for scratches and marks, but we’ll also need it for warranty touchups, so please hold on to it. If you lose your paint or if more paint is needed, you'll need to cover the cost of the paint.
