About Us

Dr. Stacy was raised in Summit, MS. She graduated from Parklane Academy in 1985. She received her Associates of Arts from Southwest Community College in  1987 where she also played college basketball. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1991.  

Dr. Stacy attends First Baptist Church of Summit where she is an active member of the choir and small group class. In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family, work in her garden, and exercise. 

Dr. Stacy is the founding owner of Southwest Animal Hospital in 1997 where she sees small animal companion and exotic pets. 

Dr. Kellie was raised in Brookhaven. She graduated from West Lincoln High School in 1998. She received her Bachelors degree in Animal and Dairy Science from Mississippi State University. She received her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2005.

Dr. Kellie attends First Baptist Church of Summit where she is an active member of the choir and small group class. In her spare time, she likes to watch her kids play sports including football and baseball. 

Dr. Kellie has been at Southwest Animal Hospital since 2014 where she sees small animal companion pets. 

Dr. Paulk was raised in Summit, MS. He graduated from Parklane Academy in 2016. He attended Mississippi State University for his undergraduate course work in Biological Sciences with a concentration in pre-veterinary medicine. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2023.  

Dr. Paulk attends First Baptist Church of Summit where he is an active member of the choir and small group class. In his spare time, he likes to perform with the Brookhaven Little Theatre in their musical productions.

Dr. Paulk is the current owner and has been at Southwest Animal Hospital since 2023 where he sees small animal companion and exotic pets.
