Math

Kitchen math is a great way to support your child with number sense and mathematical reasoning. Check out this article from PBS for specific ideas. For help with specific lessons and topics in our curriculum, please reach out to me and we can schedule additional support. We also have reteaching videos and materials through envisionMath 2.0, which your child can access from home with their district username and password.

Homework

There will be no regularly scheduled homework assignments in our class. Students are expected to read regularly, but you do not need to log the minutes. Students will be expected to write and discuss what they are reading during class time.
