Yippee it's the 1st day of 1st Grade and Specials! I'm so excited you're here today! Please make sure to check this website each day Monday- Thursday to find the daily activity and assignment!!!

Please check out the video on Locomotor Skills/ Fit Kids Circuit/ Crazy Frog Dance
Practice each of the Locomotor Skills with music if you have it for 5-10 mins. carefully in your house or outside if you can!
Assignment #5 Please fill out the Locomotor Skills Check In for your participation for the day!
Keep your body moving!!! Try to get 60 mins. of play time in each day!

Happy Thursday! Today is your choice day!!! You get to choose how you move your body! Try to get active for 30-60 minutes.

Here's some ideas:
Have a dance party!
-Go for a bike / scooter ride
- Play outside at your house or at a park
- Go for a family walk
-Dance to your favorite music - get your family involved!
- Go swimming if you have access to a pool or lake!
- Run through the Sprinkler
-Make up your own Fit Kids Circuit
- Jump on your trampoline if you have one.
- Build an obstacle course and see how many times you can complete the course.

Hello Happy Wednesday! It's been so fun watching your videos on the padlet and checking your progress with your assignments.

Today's lesson you'll need either a pair of socks, a small soft ball, bean bag, etc. anything that is soft and safe to toss over head gently.

either post a video to Mrs. Peal's 1st Grade Padlet of you tossing a safe object above your head and catching it 3-5 times
or Fill out Tossing and Catching Participation Form
