How much water should I drink to be hydrated?
Current health guidelines recommend drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water every day! More if you are active. For example, a 200 lb person should be drinking 100oz of water per day to be truly hydrated. Electrolyte beverages go toward that daily total too (but not your coffee). That's a lot! You may not be able to do that every day, but it's a good goal.
When are we getting uniforms?
You can purchase them from Coach Riel at any time. These items can be use for multiple years and are yours to keep!
Can I get a gym locker for my track gear?
Yes! Check in with Coach Torkelson to sign up. You will need to provide your own padlock. Either share that combination with Coach T or bring her the spare key to keep.
Is there a bathroom at the track? What about a water fountain?
Yes to both , but they do not turn on until mid April to keep the pipes from freezing. Please use the restroom and fill your water bottle prior to coming out to the track.
