Chris Schmitz

I am a Boulder County native, currently living in Longmont with my wife, Joanna, and our three children, Alexis (17), Sean-Patrick (14) and Trajan (12). I am currently licensed in K-12 Instructional Technology and CTE Information Technology. After building my first computer at age 13, I have been a life long learner in the field of information technology and computer science. I have a background in computer and mobile technology education, robotics and cybersecurity. I hold an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Information Systems from Front Range Community College and a Bachelor of Art in History from the University of Colorado. I'm an avid sports fan and enjoy movies and exploring local parks with my family. I am passionate about using technology as a way to express creativity, play and explore passions with a purpose.
