Events

In 2022, we were thrilled to be able to put the "Social" back in Social Venture Partners, hosting some of the most successful events for SVP Boston to date.

Celebrating 20 Years

SVP Boston's 20th Anniversary Celebration was a night to remember; bringing together well over 100 members of the SVP Boston network, this event was the largest in the organization's history.  The night saw a gathering of partners, grantees, supporters, alumni, and more, featuring speakers from across our portfolio and beyond.

Telling our Story

Part of the festivities was the debut of our new SVP Boston Overview video, produced by local nonprofit The Loop Lab. This video, now featured on our Website's homepage, speaks to the incredible impact we have had since our founding in 2002. Hear from Grantees, Partners, and more as to how SVP makes a difference.

Our Speakers

At our Celebration, we were thrilled to have speakers from across the network, including staff, grantees, and members of the broader Boston community.

Pictured right are the incredible speakers that helped to make our Celebration the stand-out event that it was.

Launching our Campaign

Our Celebration capped off with the launch of our Amplify The Impact fundraising campaign, a landmark effort for SVP as we look to expand our organization and it's capacity. You can read more about the campaign by clicking below.

2022  Holiday Social

As our 20th Anniversary Year came to a close, we welcomed in the holiday with our 2022 Holiday Social! Taking place in Roslindale, near the new offices of our Spring 2022 Grantee EDEN, we were thriled to be able to gather and celebrate a year of anniversaries, impact, and so much more.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this night an incredible celebration of an incredible year!

ED Circles

As part of our commitment to better engaging our network, we launched the ED Circle, a quarterly gathering of grantee leaders from across our porfolio, including grantees past and present. The goal of these gatherings is to provide a space for leaders to connect, learn, reflect, and simply relax! We are thrilled to have had the chance to bring such a compelling group of leaders together, and look forward to continuing the Circle as we enter into 2023.
