University pathways
2 academic studies programs are available in the 2023-24 academic year :
Full IB Diploma
Students are to complete all the requirements of the full IB DP (6 exams, TOK, EE, CAS).
What will you receive after graduation?
IB DP Subject Exam results, school report card, a national transcript and the bilingual IB Diploma Program transcript.
University Pathways:
Overseas
Apply using your Predicted Grades and send the IB Diploma Transcript after examinations (as per university's requirement).
You may qualify for extra credit/ course exemption/ scholarship with the IB DP. Please check with respective universities for their requirements.
Local
Apply to a local university/ International Undergraduat Program using the school report card, national certificate, and attach your IB Diploma transcript.
DP Course
Students are to sit for at least two (2) IB DP Subject Exams but are not required to take the core subjects Theory of Knowledge and Extended Essay.
What will you receive after graduation?
School report card (Ijazah Kelulusan SMA) , a national transcript and a transcript from IB mentioning the subjects that you have taken in the program.
University Pathways:
Overseas
Apply using the school report card, your national certificate, and the IB Course Transcript (as per university's requirements).
Local
Apply to a local university using the school report card and your national certificate.
Additional Resources
We are partnering with CIALFO, an EdTech platform that assists with overseas university application. It is a great tool for university search and planning, as well as communication between students, parents, and counsellors. CIALFO helps students manage their applications to universities worldwide and counsellors use it to submit documents like letters of recommendations and transcripts. Students and parents are able to make an account. Learn more about CIALFO below.
