Phys Ed Scavenger Hunt

Directions: First find what you are looking for, then complete that task. For example, “find something to jump over” that could be a stick on the ground. After you’ve found it, you would run and jump over it. Once you complete the task, you can mark it off, or write down what the object was, then keep going.

Find something to run a lap around ________

Find something to knock over with a ball , kick or throw ________

Find something to catch 5 times in a row (example- balls, beanbag, shoe, whatever) ________

Find something to ride for 10 minutes (or substitute a walk or jog, only if safe and with an adult watching. You may skip this one if needed) ________

Find something to balance on your head as you walk to the end of your drive-way or sidewalk and back____

Find something to skip around ________

Find something to bunny hop around __________

Throw something soft as high as you can and catch it ___________

Throw something as far as you safely can then run as fast as you can to retrieve it and bring it back to where you started ____________

Find some steps or a hill to climb up and back down _________

Find somebody to show how good you can do 25 jumping jacks _________

Do 5 different stretches for a 10 count each ________

Pick and animal of your choice and do your best to copy how they would move for at least 10 seconds ______
