My name is Joe York, I am the Business Education Instructor and FBLA Advisor for Southern Valley High School and Jr. High-Middle Level.

I am originally from Wyoming and a graduate from the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Education with an emphasis in Accounting/Marketing. I have taken post-graduate classes from Wayne State and Northeast Community College in Norfolk, NE.

Before moving to the Southern Valley School District in 2013, I spent 10 years as the Business Teacher and FBLA advisor at Coleridge Community Schools and two years as the 5th and 6th Grade Social Studies and Technology Instructor at Laurel Concord Coleridge Middle School.

I live in Oxford, NE with my wife, Tammy. We have four children and one grandchild.
