Meet The Teacher!
Hello and welcome to our class website. This is the "meet the teacher" section of the website. Here I will tell you a little about me in hopes you will get to know me better. I have been teaching at Sauquoit Valley Elementary since September 1997. I was also a student at Sauquoit starting in fifth grade in 1982 after I moved here from Kingman, Arizona. I first received my Associates degree from Mohawk Valley Community College in Liberal Arts. Also, I have my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education and Masters degree in Teaching Reading from SUNY Cortland. I have taught all the grade levels except third and fifth but will eventually get to teach those grades before I retire hopefully. I really enjoy teaching children and working with our amazing staff to make our students' experiences at Sauquoit well rounded and successful. Here is to a new year and added adventures to our lifelong learning experiences.
