What You Need to be Successful:

• Sneakers.

• Comfortable, active clothing to change into.

• A good attitude and an open mind!

Class Expectations

• Wear proper footwear at all times.

• Jewelry - at the discretion of the teacher. Any type of earring/body jewelry that is dangling must be removed.

• No hats (beanies, baseball caps, etc.).

• No food, drink, or gum in the gymnasium.

• Use of respectful & proper language at all times.

• Responsibility for locker room etiquette.

• NO drugs/tobacco/vapor products.

• Dressed appropriately for the weather.
