Important:
Use a password that is 7 or 8 characters (not more or less) including a capital letter and a number
Pictures can only be uploaded in theses Formats .jpeg, .jpg, gif, .png, .pdf
All forms plus a picture of a photo ID, a headshot, a $15 State registration fee (all to be done online), and a $20 team fee are needed to be eligible to play.
