If your video file is large we recommend you to use one of the video players we have in the library to avoid lagging.
These are the Media Players we currenly have in the Library:
if your video file is not too large you can play it using the Media player incorporated in the TV.
These are the video and audio format accepted by the in-monitor media player
we recommend to use Quick Time Video files (.mov) with H.264 video codec and minimum resolution of 1920 by 1080 pixels
step one:
-Insert the USB driver with your video file in the USB port in the monitor and the player UI will open automatically.
step two:
-Using the cursor arrows select "Flash Disk" from the drop of menu on the left
Step three:
-The player will show the contents of the flash drive at this point. If you used a Mac computer to upload your movie/movies to the drive you will have hidden files (the ones that start with the "._") that will give you sn error when you try to play all the movies.
to solve this problem you have to possible solutions. first one, use terminal in the mac to eliminate these hidden files as shown in this video. Second one, select just the videos you want to play as follows.
-click "Options" on the top right drop down menu
-Select "Play Selected"
-Select your movie/movies using the cursor arrows
-Click the "Play" button and your movie/movies will sequentially play in a loop.
