For my EDGE project, I will be designing and executing a landscape project which will give me experience as a project manager.
Weather will be a major unforeseen obstacle that could move around the milestones, but I have tried to plan for the possible delays.
Labor could also be an obstacle because some things will take more labor from others than just me. Most will be done by just me.
Equipment and Delivery delays are not always avoidable, so I will need to stay on top of ordering these things.
Start Date: October 1st, 2018
Milestone 1: Have the plans finalized - October 6th, 2018
Milestone 2: Get rough layout of the landscape - October 13th, 2018
Milestone 3: Plan and trench sprinkler system - October 20th, 2018
Milestone 4: Get final leveling and slopes - October 27th, 2018
Milestone 5: Order products (Trees, Blocks, Misc.) - November 3rd, 2018
Milestone 6: Place products ordered in their locations - November 7th, 2018
Milestone 7: Spread grass seed - November 9th, 2018
