I am Assistant Professor of Philosophy at Southern Utah University. My research focuses on 19th & 20th century European philosophy and criticism, aesthetics, and philosophy of/in literature (usually with some overlap in ethics). Within these areas, there are many figures and movements I like: Kant, romanticism, Schopenhauer, Nietzsche, aestheticism, Salomé, modernism, Woolf, Benjamin, Adorno & Cavell.
