This course has proved very popular with over 30 delegates attending from a number of boroughs across the area.
The day will equip both primary and secondary teachers with the confidence and knowledge to introduce this sport either as a curriculum subject or an after-school club. Set moves within the sport of NFL offers students the opportunity to think and operate very differently to other team settings. This aligns very closely to National Curriculum specifications on rules, tactics and strategies

This second afternoon provides the opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and share successes and challenges so far. This session will focus on team building, OAA, and summer sports such as cricket and athletics.
There will also be valuable time for you to network with other ECTs and share experiences and knowledge.

afPE is delighted to host the Primary PE and School Sport 2024-25 Free Webinar: Your Questions Answered.
This special event will feature experts from the Department for Education (DfE) and Youth Sport Trust who will provide a comprehensive explanation of the newly published guidelines, conditions of grant, and best practice for the upcoming year.
You'll also have the opportunity to hear directly from DfE officials, who will be on hand to answer your questions and offer valuable insights.

Nominations are now closed for the London Sport Awards 2025, but this year they included a new category to spotlight the important role of Active Design in helping people lead healthier and more active lives.
There are ten categories in total, open for nominations including the Volunteer of the Year, the Lifetime Achievement Award, the Business Contribution Award, and the newly established Active Design Award.
