Planters with plants have arrived at SGS. Two of them are at the entrance from Manor Lane
All the loose tiles on the way to the Sixth Form Gate have been secured and newly concreted over (Feb 2024)
Posters have been put up in all of the toilets
We were involved in the interview process for the new Assistant Headteacher
New speakers have been installed in Room 58
Religious Studies has been made optional for GCSE (18/12/2023)
Rewrite the constitution
This will hopefully make the decision making process smoother
Pass the toilet motion
The toilets should have some improvements within the six months of being passed (31/01/2022)
Students will have a say when the toilets are refurbished
Pass the environment motion
Working with the SGS Green Team, we should hopefully, have more places to recycle litter and be able to recycle a wider variety of litter as well as saving energy within the school.
Culture Day
Thank you to all those who took part in culture day! It could only have been a great success with all the students helping out.
Year 10 is out at lunch!
With the hard work of a Year 10 led Student Voice commission, Year 10 is able to explore Sutton High Street for lunch
