The Susquehanna Conference Board of Ordained Ministry selects and evaluates candidates and clergy.
Their mission statement:
To partner with God in a life-giving process to discern, equip, nurture and support those Christ followers whom the Holy Spirit is calling to joy-filled, passionate, transformational leadership in certified, licensed, and ordained ministry.
Building authentic connections in Christ, community and creation.
The Susquehanna Conference has four distinct sites that offer these connections.
The purpose of our Office is equipping vital congregations and creating new places for new people to find Jesus Christ in the Susquehanna Conference of the United Methodist Church. The Office of Equipping Vital Congregations equips and resources local congregations to fulfill their mission of making new disciples of Jesus Christ for the transformation of the world. Whether your church needs new kindling, a little spark, or help to fully ignite, we are here to assist you.
The United Women in Faith (formerly United Methodist Women) provide support to local UWIF chapters whose mission is fostering spiritual growth, developing leaders and advocating for justice.
