2026 ANNUAL CONFERENCE
The 2026 Session of Annual Conference will be held June 4-6 at the Community Arts Center in Williamsport, PA. Registration is now closed.
If you missed the registration deadline, you will still be able to attend as a guest at the Session of Annual Conference, but you will not have voice or vote.

Here are a few important updates to help you come ready for the worshipful work before us:
· Pre-Conference Workbook Now Available
The 2026 Workbook is available as a PDF. Printed copies (if ordered during registration) will be available onsite. All clergy and lay members are encouraged to review the materials in advance.
· Dining & Downtown Planning
Local events may impact evenings in Williamsport during Annual Conference. Area graduations will take place on Thursday, June 4, and First Friday Fest will take place on Friday, June 5. Please plan ahead.
· Special Offerings
Two offerings will be received: Building the Beloved Community Fund (BBCF) and Everstand (formerly United Methodist Home for Children). Gifts may be made online, by check to the Conference Office, or through your church’s remittance report.

CLERGY REPORT-FULLY DIGITAL FOR ANNUAL CONFERENCE
The Clergy Report will be available exclusively online. A secure link will be sent to all registered clergy by June 1, providing access to the full report ahead of the clergy session. To ensure a smooth and efficient gathering, clergy are asked to download the report in advance and bring it with them — either as a printed copy or on a personal device — for reference during the session.
