Yearbook senior directories
Seniors should complete the Google Form found in Canvas and email with information for your Senior Directory, to be included with your Senior Portrait in the yearbook. Be sure to follow the instructions in Canvas.
All submissions are due by November 21, 2023 at 3:00 pm.
Information or changes submitted after the due date will not be included in the yearbook.
CAPS & GOWNS, DIPLOMAS
ALL CAPS, GOWNS, AND DIPLOMAS WILL BE ORDERED BY THE SCHOOL. STUDENTS SHOULD FILL OUT THE CAP/GOWN SIZING GOOGLE FORM FOUND IN CANVAS AND IN EMAIL.
*All caps and gowns have been ordered!
GRADUATION INFORMATION
Where? SHS Football Stadium (weather permitting, backup location is SHS Gymnasium)
When? May 30, 2024 at 7PM
Gates will open for handicap guests accompanied by one guest at 6PM. The student parking lot will be utilized as handicap parking. All other guests will be admitted beginning at 6:15PM. Tickets are required. All guests must be seated by 6:55PM.
Each student will receive 10 tickets at cap & gown distribution (no exceptions). If graduation is moved inside, each student will be limited to 5 tickets.

You will need to create a free account. Once an account is created, you must search Susquenita HS. A paid subscription is NOT necessary for graduation.
Graduation Dress Code Guidelines and Honor Attire
Graduation attire options are as follows:
Dark colored dress shoes, dark socks, a dress shirt or plain polo, dress pants, and (preferably) a tie or bowtie.
Dress (preferably shorter than gown) and dress shoes
Dark pants, dress shirt or blouse, dress shoes.
In addition to abiding by the dress code for graduation ceremony, students will comply with the following:
NO decorating caps
Only wear the tassel provided in the cap & gown package
Only wear regalia recognized & provided by SHS/CPAVTS: honor cords/sashes, military commitment cords, etc.
If you are enlisting in the military prior to graduation (before May 1, 2023), please give me your name and branch in which you are serving so that I may have you formally recognized in the graduation program and order you an honor cord.
graduation pictures
Forms will be available in May. Check with your English teacher or in room 207.
Pictures will be taken during graduation practice on May 29, 2024.
