About Us

Susquenita High School is a small rural school located in Duncannon, Pennslyvania situated 15 minutes north of Harrisburg, PA. Serving students in grades 9th -12th grade our school enrollment sits at 470 student learners and we employ 48 faculty and staff members.

As a three time Apple Distinguished School (2015- Present) 88% of our faculty and staff have earned Apple Teacher recognition. Along with this we have enrolled 6 teachers into the Apple Vangaurd program . This year we also had 3 faculty achieve their Apple Learning Coach certification.

In our high school we employ many Apple products. Teachers are equipped with Macbook Air's and iPads along with Apple Pencils. Students are equiped with iPads in a (1:1) ratio. All classrooms are equipped with Apple Tvs which are used in tandem with smart tv's. Our school also has two Mac Labs set aside for teacher and student use. Our revamped Libary Media Center also gives students access to Mac's for work. Finally our media class uses state of the art film equimment as well as Apple Macs and iPads to produce our daily news.
