This included identifying possible content for leadership training, key learnings required for early-stage games leaders, core-principles of the delivery based on the client's brand, and the desired impact —  in collaboration with learning designer Jim Ralley. I mapped out the entire experience and key content of the course, guided external expert course leaders through the design of key modules, designed the onboarding & offboarding experience & prepared facilitation guidelines.
