I'm Susi (She/Her or They/Them) – a games industry veteran with a diverse skillset in project and people management, training design, EDI, and localisation. I have a passion for inclusion and conflict resolution and have led and facilitated workshops & talks on communication, games careers, company culture, and EDI using interactive methods.

No matter what job I worked in, I always ended up designing & delivering training for colleagues and customers and now I am following this calling! My main expertise lies in Communication Skills, Company Culture & Middle Management, EDI (especially Neurodivergence, LGBTQ+, Marginalised Genders & Multilingual Teams) & Video Games – as an avid learner, I am also open to new fields.
I can deliver pre-prepared workshops or create new courses based on your unique requirements.
