Mrs. Schwartz

Mrs. Schwartz has been an English Language Arts teacher in SUSD since 2013, but is going into her 15^th year of teaching. She teaches both 7^th and 8^th grade general education students and also team-teaches with the Special Education Department. She is dedicated to fostering creative minds in her classroom and encouraging her students to challenge themselves academically through high interest novels and writing to prepare them for high school. Her students chose Mrs. Schwartz as the Teacher of the Month from Breyer Law Offices in 2015. She earned her Bachelors of Science from Northern Arizona University.
