Mrs. De Souza 

Mrs. De Souza has been a middle school Math teacher for Scottsdale Unified School District since 2004. She specializes in Middle School Mathematics and Mathematics Intervention. Mrs. De Souza earned her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from ASU in 2004 and more recently, a Master's Degree in Education Administration from GCU in 2016. Mrs. De Souza has been a past recipient of the AMLA Teacher of the Year Award 2008-2009 and has been awarded the Charro's Teacher of the Year Award in the schoolyears 2008-2009 and 2022-2023. Mrs. De Souza enjoys working with middle school students and mathematics. She believes success can be achieved in any endeavor through commitment, determination and perseverance.
