Ms. Martin

Ms. Martin began teaching at Tavan Elementary School in 1989. She taught Fourth Grade for 8 years and Fifth Grade for 20 years. She is currently the Math Coach working with teachers and students to improve math skills and scores. Ms. Martin graduated from Arizona State University earning a Master’s Degree in Multicultural Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education, and an English as a Second Language Endorsement. She has received awards and honors such as the Charros Teacher of the Year, Boys and Girls Club Teacher of the Month, and Arcadia News “Teachers We Love”.
