Mrs. Coates

Mrs. Coates began her elementary teaching career in California after graduating from Cal State University, Northridge, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies. After teaching 3rd and 4th grade for 3 years, she moved to Arizona and began teaching in the Scottsdale Unified School District, first as a substitute teacher for grades K-5, and then as a 3rd grade elementary teacher. Mrs. Coates has been teaching in Arizona since 1999 and has an Arizona Teaching Certificate with endorsements in Structured English Immersion and Early Childhood Development.
