Ms. Dayne Davis

This is Ms. Davis' sixth year working with the district - her fourth year with Chaparral High School. She is the school counselor for all students with the last names starting with Ce through F. Before her career as a guidance counselor, she worked as a science teacher at both the middle school and high school level for three years. In 2013, Ms. Davis graduated from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale (SIU-C), majoring in Biological Science, as well as Secondary Education. After teaching for a few years, she returned to SIU-C in order to pursue her Master of Education in School Counseling, receiving her degree in 2017. Ms. Davis also earned her National Board Certification in 2018.
