HaNiBo Parent Agreement & Privacy Acknowledgment

By creating a HaNiBo Family Account, I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child listed in this registration.

I understand that HaNiBo is a private, school-based platform designed to help families buy, sell, trade, and share gently used children’s items within their school community.

By using HaNiBo, I agree to:

• Manage and oversee my family’s HaNiBo account.
• Review and approve my child’s listings, requests, and purchases.
• Communicate with other participating families and supervise exchanges.
• Keep the information provided in my account accurate and up to date.
• Use HaNiBo respectfully and help maintain a safe and welcoming community.

HaNiBo is designed to connect families within the same school community. Families are responsible for communicating with each other and supervising exchanges.

Privacy

HaNiBo is designed with family privacy in mind. Personal information should only be collected and used for purposes related to operating the platform and managing family accounts.

Before HaNiBo is launched for real families, its privacy practices and agreements will be reviewed by the appropriate adults and school representatives.
