SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION - CHECK BACK REGULARLY!
Start by reviewing OSHA guidelines and the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for all materials you're using. Always wear proper protective gear—such as a TYVEK suit, gloves, eye protection, and a mask or respirator—to avoid bringing contaminants home.
To protect the environment, use affordable containment tools like tarps, tents, and vacuum attachments. Place a tarp under your tools and a hood or tent over them to prevent contaminants from becoming airborne or seeping into the soil.
If cutting pavers or silica-based materials, use a wet saw and cover the area. When working with fiberglass, enclose the space with tarps and thoroughly clean up fibers at the end of the day.
Never dispose of contaminants by dumping them into the ground or blowing them into the street.
