CORPORATE MATCHING RULES & FAQS
Quick Tips:
- If you work for a company that offers matching on donations, apply for the match for your $150 registration fee right away. Many Foundations will not honor matching requests that are more than 60 days old.
- Most Foundations will only match donations from colleagues and WILL NOT not match donations from friends/family
- To expedite the matching process, forward your matching verification emails to matching@surfforlife.org so we can apply the funds to your page before receiving the physical check.
- Most Foundations will not match bulk donations - each donation must be matched individually, and you may not apply for match on behalf of your colleague.
