Diagnostic Reflection
What was your writing process like when you produced the first draft? How did you come up with ideas? How did you write? How long did it take? What was easy/what was difficult? My writing process was after practice or class i would be in the library thinking about what to write so i wouldnt be distracted. I came up with the chicken becusse my dorm mate at my chicken. It took me a few days to write the essay. It was easy to start the essay but it was hard to figure out the MLA format
What was the revision process like? What feedback did you respond to when you made changes? (Be specific about what the feedback said and how you made changes to respond to the comments.) What feedback, if any, did you choose to ignore? Why? I Took back all my feedback and used it becuase it was my first collage essay and i didnt know what i was doing with the MLA formate i took all the feedback about the MLA format and fixed my essay.

Football fan/Panthers fan Ive been a panthers fan my whole life i try to go to a panthers game every other year i love the community and the fan i know the slogans and legands of the team i also talk about football with my freinds and play the game in real life and video game. 2.Nhl fan Im a hurricans fan i know thier slogan and noses they make when they enter the ice i love the community ive made a lot of freinds becuase of hockey i love playing the video game to i play it agains my freinds its fun. 3. wresling team im at JCC becuase the coach reched out to me and i like the collage so i came here you meet a lot of diffrent people and make new freinds and everyone you meet loves the sport of wresling and everyone that you meet usally started wresling young and everypone has diffrent goals while wresling and each wresler you meet has thier own style and own moveset they like.

How did you come up with ideas for your topic?
I came up with my topics becuase im always around sports and i wanted to write about a sport i do
What did your writing process look like? What outside influences had positive or negative effects on your process?
In my writing process i didnt have a plan i just wanted to start writing and let the ideas come to me and they did. Outside influnces that helped me i talked to my freinds about wresling and they told me some good ideas to work on and negitve effects were when people were in my dorm it messed up my thinking process.
How long did writing your peer review draft take?
It took me a couple of hours to look through it and give my best advice
What was your revision process like? What was some specific feedback you got, and how did you make changes based on it? What was some feedback you chose to ignore? Why?
My revision process was to re-read my essay and see if it makes sense then look at the comments and make changes if i felt like i needed to make. one specific feedback i got is that i didnt have a thesis and i looked back and i didnt have one so i made the change and wrote a thesis. They made a comment on how one of my pargraphs sentnces would have fit in another pargraph but i didnt agree and i liked were it was so i kept it.
What was particularly hard/easy for you about writing this essay?
the easy part on my essay was the start becuase i had ideas and it felt easy but the hard part was the end becuase i started running out of ideas.

(In other words, are you getting more instruction and practice with writing and organizing essays? Are you learning and thinking more about your audience and purpose when you write?) Why/how, or why not? I belive im doing better orgnizing and writing my essay i try to talk about things that didnt bore my audince i think i did really good orgnizing and writng my essay.

(In other words, are you learning about different perspectives on an issue? Are you learning about how to read about different perspectives with critical reading skills? Are you learning how to respond in writing to different perspectives on topics?) Why/how, or why not? I think im getting better at understanding people perspectivs when we did peer review I really thought about the comment that were made. i think i can read someone elses perpective when i did peer review i think i did really good reading it and undertsanding it and make good comments/changes to thier essay, i do think im making progress

I think ive done well reflecting on my work and thinking about the feedback ive gotten and understanding feedback and looking back at my work and looking at changes i can make so i belve ive made progress to reflect

I think im making good progress in understanding everything in the class like what were using and how to write i do belive im doing good on that goal

I belive im doing well on understanding on how poeple can write things and have thier own meaning i think its really cool how everyone writes diffrently i think im doing good on that goal.

Yes i have made it to every class, being in class has helped me understand what im doing on essays and it helps me know what im doing and what i have to do to pass

How can you improve on your homework engagement in the rest of the semester? Yes i have but i dont see the benifit with them becuase we just go over them in class and it feels like the homework readings are what were gonna do in class i dont think i benifit from them.

Yes i dont really have a method i just rember when i have something due and try to get it done in my free time
What is your favorite thing about class so far? What is your least favorite thing about class so far? My faviorate thing in class is how you explain everything so i can understand whats going on my least faviorate thing is trying to come up with ideas to write.

Yes i see the author use pathos, The author said most americans remeber the incedent were 14 atsronunts lost thier lives and two of the five shuttles disingrated that makes me shocked people still go to spcace.

I dont think the aurthor used kairos, In the artical hes saying how poepl have died and how unsafe it is but the author not talking about shutting down going into space.

Good feedback i got was how i messed up citations im glad i got feedback for that because i bealive that will help my essay i didn't ignore any of the feedback i got it was all helpful What was particularly hard/easy for you about writing this essay? My writing process was everyday i would work on the essay i would plan to use an artical and write it i would mostly plan to do the essay on the weekends were i wasnt as busy.

Things that affected me writing the essay was hard because i would have to plan around wresling and when i was cutting weight it was hard to do because i barley had any energy.

I didnt get that much feedback the only feedback i took was on my header because it was wrong so i fixed that.

The hardest thing in my essay was still trying to find resonse to go to space when the articals are giving good resons to stop space travle. The easy part of the essay was writing about how going to space can help us on earth.
