November: The Main Attraction
We’re having a big time under the big top this November with our circus-centered theme, “The Main Attraction”! But we won’t let fun distractions become the Main Attraction — that’s always going to be Jesus!
This month kids will spend time 1 & 2 Kings as they learn about Solomon’s wisdom (and his mistakes) and the prophet Elisha.
This Month’s Biblical Theme Is: God is with us
Our stories this month reveal that God is always with His people. Even in times of human failure, God’s presence remained steadfast, showing that He is not confined to a place or dependent on human actions. No matter what our circumstances are, God is with us. The monthly memory verse comes from Psalms.
Preschool: God is a very present help.
Elementary: God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

The Kingdom Divides (1 Kings 11–12)
Solomon began to worship other gods. God told Solomon He would divide the kingdom and leave only a portion of the kingdom to David’s family. Solomon’s son, Rehoboam, made the people’s burdens heavier, leading to rebellion and the division of Israel.
Brite Idea: God never gives up on us.
Elisha is Surrounded (2 Kings 6:8–23)
After Israel was divided, the Syrian king sought to capture the prophet Elisha with a large army. Through a series of miraculous events, God protected Elisha and used him to advise the Syrian king.
Brite Idea: God is working, even when we don’t see it.
Our Mission
At CSV KiDS, we create fun, safe and age-appropriate environments where kids learn about Jesus on their level! Within every lesson the Bible is read, heard, and connected to Jesus in ways kids can understand in their own lives. Our goal is to make disciples who can say:
I believe in Jesus.
I’m becoming more like Him.
I belong to Him forever.
