The newly opened and remodled Sunset Lanes over here in West Seneca has inserted themselves into the wing game.  Bowl a "turkey", eat some chicken... if you have the "spare" time that is.  Simple yet effective sauce menu, but they definitely put their own little "spin" on each sauce... not to mention the homeade bleu.  These deep fried and salamander-slung beauties caught us off guard, great flavor and fall off the bone tender meat.   These are cooked all the way through at temperatures hotter than Hansel himself.  If you are team extra crispy or gtfo, then these may not be for you, but if you prefer a well balanced and savory bite, jump in the fast "lane" and head over to 331 French Road.  Pro Tip - Keep an eye out for future renovations and Upgrades to the venue here, Trust us.  Elwood's Pints and Pins coming soon...
